Thank you for ordering with Broken Tee Golf Co. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days.
Custom orders require additional production time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Rates and transit times are shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Broken Tee Golf Co. is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but not received, or packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors, verifying the address, waiting 24 hours for scan delays, and filing a claim with the carrier.

Delayed Deliveries

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues may impact delivery times. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re‑shipping costs.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
