We want you to love your gear from Broken Tee Golf Co. If something isn’t right, you can submit a return through our online self‑service returns portal.

Eligible returns can be submitted here:

Return Window
We accept returns on non‑custom products within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, free of odors/stains/damage, and in original packaging with tags.
Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on custom polos, personalized products, gift cards, or final‑sale items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email support@brokentgolf.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 3–7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes are available if stock allows.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
